I've been promising to post audio files for a while now, so here's an attempt at making good on that promise. I'll triple up on the first entry because I've been holding out for so long. This should be a good cross section of what sort of things you'll find from us here. I may try out a few different players and hosts until we figure out what works best. Let us know what you think about this audio crap. Do you just want to be able to play these tracks, or do you want to be able to download them? Do you want us to post individual tracks as they happen, or would you listen to a podcast or a radio stream if we put one together? Do you even want to listen to them at all? Well, do ya punk?
First up is some non-musical banter. Earlier this month, metal, horror, and porn master Gio interviewed Plowing Mud Forever over at Duff's Bar in Brooklyn. This is a little teaser of how things went...
Q: How did you come up with the name "Plowing Mud Forever"?
A: Kirk responds:

We've got a gig coming up on Saturday 3/14 (PI DAY!) at Automata Chino in Jersey City. This brand new music venue is located at 99 Greene Street and is adjacent to the Iron Monkey. Doors open at 8 and the fucking awesome dudes in the fucking awesome band Torrential Downpour will be joining us on the bill. Holy sheep shit!

Here's the link to Zac Clark's blog with photos and video from our show at Babyhole last week. While we're on the subject of Jersey City, we can now confirm the date for our Groove on Grove session: July 8th. This should be a hot, sweaty, long, awesome, outdoor set. Oh, also free and very easy to get to. You just walk up the stairs (or stand still on the escalator) at the Grove St. PATH station and we'll be right there making sounds at you. RIGHT AT YOUR FACE.
We're currently setting up a couple more shows for March and April and getting together a lot of new material. I finally found the adapter for my mp3 player, so I can start posting audio clips up here on the site more frequently. Look for some new noise soon, son.
